Approved Credential Evaluation Agencies for Non-U.S. Transcripts
Rowan accepts Foreign Credential Evaluation Reports from service providers which are members of NACES. Please contact the service providers directly to assist you through the process.
How to Apply for a Foreign Credential Evaluation Report
After selecting a Credential Evaluation Agency, submit an online application for a Credential Evaluation Report. Remember to add Rowan University as a recipient for your Credential Evaluation Report.
If you are a Transfer applicant with a non-US Transcript(s), select:
» Course by Course Evaluation with GPA of your university/college transcript(s)
Mail required documents directly to Credential Evaluation Agency. If your document(s) are not in English, you might be required to submit a translation(s).
The agency will verify your academic records and prepare an official Credential Evaluation Report.
Credential Evaluation Agency will send Rowan an electronic copy of your report.
*Special note for final grades: Please note that the Credential Evaluation Agency will be able to process an evaluation on your behalf even if your final grades have not been submitted. Once you have graduated, you may return to the agency’s website, apply for an evaluation upgrade, send the agency all required documents, and again select Rowan University as your recipient. The agency will then update its existing evaluation report and forward the revised copy to Rowan electronically. Please note that we do not wait for the final revised version of your report to make an admissions decision.
