Meet Your Counselor

Hi! My name is Clare Baldarrago, and I’m proud to be a two-time Rowan alumna — I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2018 and recently completed my Master’s in Strategic Communication in 2025. Rowan has played such a big role in my life, and I’m thrilled to now be on the other side of the process, helping future transfer students find their place here just like I did.

As a transfer admissions counselor, I know how overwhelming the process can feel — but I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I’m passionate about making the transfer experience as smooth and welcoming as possible. Whether you're looking for help navigating credits, understanding deadlines, or just want to talk through your next steps, I’m here to support you.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my growing family or getting lost in a good book. I’m so excited to connect with you and help you start your journey here at Rowan — your future Prof family is waiting!

Hi! My name is Erin and I'm an Assistant Director of Transfer Admission. I have been working with students since 2016, and joined the Rowan University Transfer Team in 2022. As a former transfer student myself, I understand the challenges and questions that come with the process, and I enjoy helping students feel confident as they take this next step. What makes me #RowanPROUD? Seeing our transfer students thrive and call Rowan home just as I have.

In my free time I enjoy working out, gardening, and spending time with my friends and family.

Hi, I’m Alea! I am an Assistant Director of Admissions here at Rowan University and a South Jersey Native! I am a first-generation college student. I transferred to Rowan after earning my Associates at RCBC in 2017, and I am now a two-time Rowan alumna, earning my Bachelors in Psychology & Neuroscience in 2019 and my Masters in Strategic Communication in 2025. I found the perfect mix of my passion right out of graduating with my Bachelors - networking/connecting with others and helping students find their true path and home. I know firsthand how the transfer process can feel, and love working with new students each semester to showcase all of the endless opportunities Rowan can provide.

When I’m not at work, I love to thrift and shop, travel to new cities and countries, find a beach, hang out with my pups, attend concerts, take a workout class, try new restaurants, and meet new people. I am also a HUGE Philly sports fan! 

What makes me #RowanProud is the endless opportunities the university provides each student. I love to tell prospective students that my freshman year of college in 2015, the parking lot I would park in to visit friends was my senior year apartment by 2019. The growth happens before your own eyes and you get to be a part of it as a Prof. Rowan is growing and being a part of each new step is an unforgettable opportunity for personal and professional growth.
