Music

The Bachelor of Arts in Music is designed for students to pursue musical studies in the context of a liberal arts education or as a major program alongside a pre-medical or pre-health minor. The degree includes coursework in music theory, music history and ethnomusicology as well as applied performance and ensemble experiences. Through electives, B.A. Music students have the flexibility to further their music education with classes in music technology, music business, composition and jazz studies.
